About Kingdom
Kingdom was founded in 2022 with a vision to preserve the joy of childhood through authentic Montessori education.
Children are capable of independence, leadership, and real responsibility.
We believe. It takes the right environment. Kingdom Montessori was built for families who want more than a standard education model.
Our vision
To raise generations of confident, compassionate leaders who influence their communities with wisdom, integrity, and service.
Kingdom prepares children to become thoughtful leaders and lifelong learners.
The Vision Behind Kingdom Method
Kingdom Method began with a mother’s vision.
After nearly three decades in executive leadership in the world of luxury retail, Monica Schiraldo stepped away from her career to create something different for her own children: an education rooted in independence, character, purpose, and the belief that children are capable of extraordinary things.
What began as a small Montessori program on Long Island grew into Kingdom Montessori and ultimately became the foundation for the Kingdom Method.
Along the way, Monica’s husband, Joseph Schiraldo, stood beside her, believing in the vision, supporting the risk, and helping turn an idea born around their own children into something much bigger.
Together, they have built more than a classroom. They are building an educational legacy designed to equip children with the confidence to think, the courage to lead, and the skills to build meaningful lives.
This is Kingdom Method.
